EstimateBuilderPro started with a simple frustration. Our founder, Mike Johnson, spent 15 years as an electrical contractor. He was great at his trade—but terrible at paperwork.
Every evening, after a long day of actual work, he'd spend 2-3 hours creating estimates, following up with clients, and managing invoices. It was exhausting, and he knew other contractors felt the same way.
In 2023, Mike decided to build the tool he always wished existed. Something simple enough to use on a job site, but powerful enough to create professional estimates that win jobs.
