Client Management

Keep all your client information organized in one place.

Adding a New Client

  1. Go to Clients → Add Client
  2. Enter client details:
    • Name (person or business)
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Address
    • Notes
  3. Click "Save Client"

Quick Add During Estimate

Creating an estimate for a new client?

  1. In the client field, type the name
  2. Select "Create New Client"
  3. Enter details in the popup
  4. Continue with your estimate

Client History

View everything about a client:

  1. Go to Clients
  2. Click on a client name
  3. See:
    • All estimates sent
    • Accepted and rejected estimates
    • Invoices and payments
    • Communication history
    • Total revenue from client

Organizing Clients

Use tags to organize:

  1. Open a client
  2. Click "Add Tag"
  3. Create tags like: "Residential", "Commercial", "VIP", "Referral Source"

Filter your client list by tags anytime.

Importing Clients

Have an existing list?

  1. Go to Clients → Import
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill in your client data
  4. Upload and map fields
  5. Review and import
