Getting Started

1. Open EstimateBuilderPro on your mobile device
2. Tap "Voice Estimate" on the dashboard
3. Allow microphone access when prompted

Recording Your Estimate

1. Tap the microphone button to start
2. Describe the job naturally:
   • What work is needed
   • Quantities and sizes
   • Special conditions
   • Customer requests
3. Tap to stop recording

Example Recording

"Okay, I'm at the Johnson residence. They need a new water heater installed—going with a 50-gallon gas unit, standard efficiency. The old one is in the garage with easy access. They also want me to replace two outdoor faucets while I'm here, both are frost-free models. Oh, and there's a slow drain in the kitchen sink that needs to be cleared."

AI Processing

After recording, AI:

1. Transcribes your words
2. Identifies services and quantities
3. Matches to your pricebook
4. Calculates pricing
5. Generates line items

Reviewing Results

1. Review the generated line items
2. Edit any incorrect items
3. Add anything missed
4. Adjust pricing if needed
5. Add client info
6. Send the estimate
