Changing Your Subscription Plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

Change your plan anytime from account settings.

Viewing Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. See your current plan and usage

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Click "Upgrade"
  5. Changes take effect immediately

You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. Click "Downgrade"

Changes take effect at your next billing date. You keep current features until then.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Plan"
  3. Tell us why (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Your access continues until the end of your paid period. Data is retained for 30 days.

Reactivating After Cancellation

Changed your mind?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Reactivate"
  4. Choose your plan
  5. Enter payment info

If within 30 days, all your data is restored.
