Team Members
Add team members to collaborate on estimates and invoices.
Team Member Limits
- Basic Plan: Single user only
- Pro Plan: Single user only
- Business Plan: Up to 3 team members
Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Click "Send Invite"
They'll receive an email to set up their account.
User Roles
Admin:
- Full access to everything
- Can manage billing and settings
- Can add/remove team members
Standard:
- Create and send estimates/invoices
- Manage clients and pricebook
- Cannot access billing or team settings
Limited:
- Create estimates only
- Cannot send without approval
- Read-only access to clients
Managing Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click on a team member
- Options:
- Change role
- Reset password
- Disable account
- Remove from team
