The fortune is in the follow-up. Here's how to close more deals.

Automatic Follow-Ups

Set up automatic reminders:

  1. Go to Settings → Follow-ups
  2. Enable "Automatic Follow-ups"
  3. Set your schedule:
    • First follow-up: 2 days after sending
    • Second follow-up: 5 days after sending
    • Final follow-up: 10 days after sending
  4. Customize message templates

Manual Follow-Up

To follow up manually:

  1. Go to Estimates → Sent
  2. Find the estimate
  3. Click "Follow Up"
  4. Choose: Email, Call reminder, or SMS
  5. Customize your message
  6. Send

AI Follow-Up Messages

Let AI draft your follow-up:

  1. Click "Follow Up" on any estimate
  2. Select "Generate with AI"
  3. AI creates a personalized message
  4. Edit if needed
  5. Send

Track Opens and Views

Know when clients engage:

  • Blue dot: Estimate has been viewed
  • View count: Number of times opened
  • Last viewed: When they last looked

Use this info to time your follow-up calls.

Follow-Up Best Practices

  • Follow up within 48 hours if not viewed
  • Call (don't just email) after 3-5 days
  • Mention specific project details
  • Create urgency with limited-time offers
  • Know when to stop (after 5 attempts)
