Using Good-Better-Best Pricing

Offer tiered options to increase your average ticket size.

Good-Better-Best Pricing

Tiered pricing increases average tickets by 25-40%. Here's how to use it.

What is Good-Better-Best?

Instead of one price, you offer three options:

  • Good: Basic solution at entry price
  • Better: Enhanced solution (most popular)
  • Best: Premium solution with all upgrades

Enabling Tiers

  1. Create or edit an estimate
  2. Click "Enable Tiers" at the top
  3. Your estimate transforms into a three-column layout

Setting Up Tiers

Good Tier:

  • Include the basic service
  • Standard materials
  • Standard warranty

Better Tier:

  • Everything in Good
  • Add upgraded materials
  • Extended warranty
  • Popular add-ons

Best Tier:

  • Everything in Better
  • Premium materials
  • Best warranty
  • All available upgrades

Auto-Generate Tiers

Don't want to build tiers manually?

  1. Create a basic estimate
  2. Click "Auto-Generate Tiers"
  3. AI suggests Better and Best options
  4. Review and customize

Presentation Tips

  • Highlight the Better tier (mark as "Most Popular")
  • Show savings vs. buying upgrades separately
  • Name tiers clearly (or use your own names)
  • Always present Better tier first when talking to clients
