Customizing Your Templates

Make your estimates and invoices match your brand.

Customizing Templates

Make every estimate and invoice look professional with your branding.

Accessing Templates

Go to Settings → Templates to view and edit your templates.

Adding Your Logo

  1. Click "Upload Logo"
  2. Select an image (PNG or JPG, max 2MB)
  3. Adjust positioning if needed
  4. Click "Save"

Tip: Use a logo with a transparent background for best results.

Editing Header Information

Customize what appears on your documents:

  • Business name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Website
  • License number

Customizing Colors

Match your brand colors:

  1. Click "Colors"
  2. Set primary color (headers, buttons)
  3. Set accent color (highlights)
  4. Preview your changes
  5. Click "Save"

Adding Terms & Conditions

  1. Go to "Terms & Conditions" section
  2. Enter your standard terms
  3. These appear at the bottom of all estimates

Template Types

You have separate templates for:

  • Estimates: Proposals sent before work
  • Invoices: Bills sent after work
  • Receipts: Payment confirmations

Each can be customized independently.
